We're currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, agents, and partners. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, handling inbound calls with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities: Answer inquiries via phone, email and texting regarding policies, coverages, and premiums with confidence and accuracy. Ensure first call resolution, making the customer experience as seamless as possible. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all three lines of insurance (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella). Cultivate strong relationships with our agents and partners, contributing to our collaborative work environment. Utilize your analytical and decision-making skills to address policy changes and corrections effectively. Exceed customer and agent expectations by delivering top-notch service through positive interactions and extensive product expertise. The ability to work a flexible schedule is a critical aspect of this position. Hours for this position are shifts between: 8:00am7:00pm Monday Friday and 10:00am3:00pm every third Saturday. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with good decision-making abilities. Proficiency in computer skills and data entry. High motivation to take ownership and follow up on tasks. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to work weekdays and rotational Saturdays. High school diploma required, college degree is a plus! Spanish language proficiency is a plus! Salary Range: The pay range for this position is $45,000 to $49,500 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
