Salesforce Business Analyst

Role:Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Albany, NY Duration: Long Term Responsibilities Conduct application portfolio assessments and business process mapping. Document As Is workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies. Develop To Be process documentation aligned with Salesforce capabilities. Support UAT by writing plain language test scripts and facilitating workshops. Capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Minimum Requirements 3+ years business analysis experience in IT modernization projects. Experience with SSDLC methodology and process documentation.
