Pride Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to support our client's healthcare facility in Longview, TX. Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Location: Longview, TX 75605 Float / Coverage Area: Up to a 60-mile radius around Lufkin, TX Job Type: Travel Contract Contract Length: 14 Weeks (560 Hours) Pay Range: $52.00 to $56.00/hour* Mileage Reimbursement Rate (if applicable): $0.48/mile (reimbursed between patient visits)

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Provide skilled home health physical therapy services in the field.
• Complete patient assessments, reassessments, OASIS visits, and discharge evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized Home Exercise Programs (HEP) and treatment plans.
• Manage a home health caseload while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

License(s):

• Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) License.

Certification(s):

• CPR Certification.

Years of Experience:

• Home Health experience required.
