Job Description
Provides direct nursing care to adult patients on medical-surgical units. Monitors patient conditions, administers medications, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Ensures patient safety, comfort, and education while following hospital protocols. Maintains accurate documentation and supports patient care planning.
