Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine students' emotional, social, and academic needs. \n
- Provide both individual and group counseling sessions focused on coping strategies, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation. \n
- Collaborate with educational staff in developing and implementing tailored behavior intervention plans for at-risk students. \n
- Coordinate with community resources to establish continuous care pathways for students and families post-discharge. \n
- Engage in crisis intervention during high-stress situations, ensuring immediate support is provided to students in distress. \n
- Educate families about available mental health resources, treatment options, and support systems available in the community. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with federal, state, and organizational policies to ensure compliance and facilitate communication. \n
This position primarily focuses on supporting students from diverse backgrounds, including those facing mental health challenges, learning difficulties, and emotional distress. You will be instrumental in providing a safe space for students to explore their feelings, develop resilience, and enhance their coping skills, thereby ensuring they have the necessary support to thrive academically and socially.

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
