Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement patient treatment plans as directed, supporting progress toward established therapeutic goals
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in compliance with facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required; must obtain a permanent Wisconsin state license promptly if holding a compact license at time of start
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated experience working in an outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and electronic health record systems
