Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time (32–40 hours per week) | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | No weekends | No call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across a community-based practice setting, treating patients across all age groups and a wide range of diagnoses
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs in accordance with patient needs and clinical best practices
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the Cerner EHR system
• Build and maintain professional relationships with patients, family members, and colleagues to support continuity of care
• Maintain flexibility to cover multiple outpatient locations as needed within the assigned region

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) State License
• Ability to work with all adult age groups; pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Cerner EHR documentation
• Professional appearance in accordance with facility dress code standards (business casual or solid color scrubs, closed-toe shoes)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience treating pediatric patient populations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships with patients, families, and care team members
