Job Description
Title: Skilled Nursing Role

Schedule:
- Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
- Days: Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 52 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements:
- 10% Salary placement fee
- Salary range: $43 - $46

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the appropriate supervisory staff.
- Assist in daily living activities and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Educate residents and their families about the care plans and health objectives.
