- Identify key technologies for new product development, including function block, key parameter, cost position and limitations.
- Evaluate and provide different level of solutions to solve complex design challenges.
- Convert concept ideas/directions into detailed mechanical design and touchable prototype sample
- Quantify key product parameter by scientific and logic approach.
- Validation approach definition, model building, data analysis and direction prediction.
- Trouble shooting for complex customer complains.
- Coach the team member to overcome challenges, and accumulate internal know-how.
- Proactively search and communicate with external possible resources with logic thinking behind, to enlarge the potential of internal solution pool.
