REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Cardiac electrophysiology procedures for heart rhythm disturbances
Ablations (must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations)
Moderate sedation administration
Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
Utilization of Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Arizona medical license (or willingness to obtain)
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology
DEA: Arizona DEA registration
Certifications: ACLS
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide electrophysiology clinical coverage in both clinic and hospital settings.
Perform diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures, including ablations.
Conduct hospital consults (3-4 per day) and perform EP cases (4-6 per day).
Administer moderate sedation and perform transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) as required.
Utilize the Abbott Ensite-X mapping system for cardiac mapping during electrophysiology procedures.
