Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Family Birthing Center setting
• Monitor and assess laboring patients and newborns throughout the care continuum
• Interpret and respond to electronic fetal monitoring data to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support labor, delivery, and postpartum patients
• Administer medications and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification
