Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Hold (or be eligible for) South Carolina licensure for SLPs
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy, including assessment and individualized intervention planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Previous school or pediatric experience preferred
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with IDEA, IEP requirements, and district-specific protocols

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, in-person speech-language pathology services to K-12 students (specific caseload to be confirmed)
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each learner’s needs
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary IEP meetings as the speech expert
• Provide direct therapy, progress monitoring, and ongoing documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation promptly
