Salary: $69,000 - 109,000 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associates or bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in integration development or software development is required.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and enterprise system integrations is required.
• Experience with Microsoft development tools and version control platforms is required.
• Prior experience leading a technical team is preferred.
• Advanced computer literacy and strong critical-thinking ability are required.
• The role involves physical demands such as prolonged sitting, computer use, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing.

• We design and deliver integrations between enterprise platforms such as construction systems, CRM, ERP, and Microsoft 365.
• We build and maintain automation solutions within our internal applications.
• We develop API-driven integrations with secure authentication and dependable data transfer.
• We use Microsoft development tools, including Visual Studio and Azure-based services, to support integration work.
• We manage source control through Git-based platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• We oversee the full integration lifecycle, from design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• We contribute directly to complex development efforts and resolve technical issues.
• We review code and uphold development standards across the team.
• We supervise development team members and provide day-to-day leadership.
• We assign and prioritize work based on helpdesk requests and business needs.
• We conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and manage workload capacity.
• We define coding standards and consistent development practices.
• We act as an escalation point for technical and delivery concerns.
• We safeguard data consistency across connected systems.
• We design and maintain integration strategies and data pipelines.
• We reduce duplicate records and improve overall data quality.
• We support reporting and analytics by ensuring reliable data flows.
