NETC Fleet Services is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our Exeter, NH team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows collision and body repair, takes craftsmanship seriously, and doesn’t believe in “good enough.”

Because when the finished job rolls out of your bay, your work speaks for itself.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This isn’t a job where you stand around waiting for something to happen.

There’s work to do — and we need someone who knows how to do it right.

Repair damaged body panels, sheet metal, and vehicle components

Perform collision and body repairs from teardown through reassembly

Straighten and repair damaged components and structures

Remove, repair, replace, fit, and align body components

Prepare repaired surfaces for refinishing and paint

Perform finish work with a sharp eye for fit, alignment, and appearance

Inspect completed repairs and catch the little things before the vehicle leaves your bay

Work closely with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving

Maintain your tools, equipment, and work area to keep the shop clean, organized, and safe

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the finished product — because quality body work is as much about craftsmanship and pride as it is about tools.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

THE MUST-HAVES:

✓ 2+ years of body shop, collision repair, or related hands-on experience

✓ Experience with panel repair, replacement, fitting, and alignment

✓ Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair ability

✓ Ability to work independently while still being part of a team

✓ Physical ability to handle shop work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and spending extended periods on your feet

✓ Valid driver’s license

✓ Your own basic hand tools — or willingness to obtain them

✓ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

✓ Reliability, professionalism, and a solid work ethic

⭐ EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE:

Commercial truck or heavy-duty body repair experience

Paint preparation or refinishing experience

Welding and fabrication skills

Frame or structural repair experience

CDL experience or licensing

If you know your way around larger commercial vehicles, we especially want to hear from you.
