Pediatric Quality Improvement Coach (Hybrid, Grant-Funded)

The American Academy of Pediatrics in Itasca, IL is seeking a Quality Improvement Coach (Grant Funded) to support pediatric QI initiatives nationwide. You will coach practices, facilitate learning collaboratives, and promote data-informed improvement across member networks. Responsibilities include developing QI tools, planning sessions, and translating data findings into actionable recommendations.
