Part-time Guest Services Representative

• As a GSR, you'll be the face of Extended Stay America, providing the best possible experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, processing payments, and maintaining the front office. You'll also help with breakfast setup, maintain cleanliness in guest common areas, and resolve guest issues through our Make it Right process. Cross-training in housekeeping and laundry areas provides variety and growth opportunities.
