Role Description The Loan Officer Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasadena, MD. This role involves supporting loan officers with processing loan applications, preparing documentation, assisting customers, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with underwriting requirements. The assistant will help streamline the mortgage process while maintaining excellent client service. Qualifications Experience working with Loan Officers and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry. Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build relationships with clients. Familiarity with underwriting processes and related documentation. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members. Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in technology and tools used in the mortgage industry. Experience in a fast-paced or financial services environment is a plus.
