Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and recommend additional services as needed
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Quick Lane Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
