Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to encourage open communication and healing. \n
- Regularly monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and addressing any emerging challenges. \n
- Making referrals to additional specialists when necessary to provide comprehensive care and support for clients’ specific needs. \n
Your work will primarily involve clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and family dynamics. At the Center for Minds and Emotions Services, we emphasize culturally sensitive practices, allowing you to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds while addressing their unique circumstances.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current and active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
- Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy, with an emphasis on developing treatment methodologies that best serve clients. \n
- Proficient organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities. \n

Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
