Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in tilt-wall construction to oversee commercial and industrial projects in the Dallas, TX area. This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with proven experience managing tilt-wall crews, coordinating subcontractors, and driving projects from mobilization through final completion. Responsibilities Lead and manage all field operations for tilt-wall construction projects Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and inspection agencies Oversee tilt-wall panel forming, pouring, lifting, and erection operations Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve field issues Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on site Conduct daily site walks and progress meetings Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation Work closely with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget goals Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects Direct experience with tilt-wall construction required Strong knowledge of site logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott Humphrey Corporation
