Job Overview A law firm seeks a Leveraged Finance Associate to join its Global Finance Group in Los Angeles. The role involves working on leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, and restructuring-related financings. Duties Draft and negotiate transaction documents. Lead financing transactions for borrower and lead arranger clients. Requirements Minimum of three years of experience with syndicated lending or private credit/direct lending. Experience representing borrowers or lead arrangers. Admission or eligibility for admission to the bar in California. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of California. Skills Strong experience with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred. Benefits Bonus eligibility.
