Oversee consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and internal reporting packages. Coordinate closely with external auditors and support audit processes. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX requirements. Review account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and consolidation processes. Support technical accounting research and implementation of new standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
