Job Title: Primary Care Physician (Outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Location: Newtown, CT (Fairfield County)

Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday (No evenings or weekends required)

• Clinical Scope & Patient Demographics: Manage a sophisticated adult patient panel with a significant Geriatric and Medicare concentration. You will oversee a blend of chronic and acute care, utilizing generous appointment blocksincluding 60-minute physicals and Medicare AWVsto ensure comprehensive, unhurried patient management.
• Operational Efficiency & Support: Benefit from a tenured, "family-feel" support team including a 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio and dedicated administrative staff. The practice culture prioritizes a seamless workflow, allowing physicians to focus on diagnostic excellence rather than clerical burden.
• Work-Life Synergy: Experience a predictable, professional schedule with zero weekend office hours . The call burden is exceptionally light and telephonic only , shared across a 1:5 rotation with other local independent practices, as hospitalist teams manage all inpatient requirements.
