Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Ohio Office, Neb Doctors - Middleburg Heights, OH 44130 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 Salary Travel Percentage: Road Warrior We are seeking a new Product Delivery Specialist to assist us in servicing our clients in our Cleveland, OH territory. The role serves as a point of contact for medical practices and hospitals, developing and maintaining client relationships and assisting with product stock management. Why work with us? Base salary + quarterly bonus opportunity Company vehicle Flexible benefit packages (health/dental/vision) 401(k) matching program and employee stock options Paid time off (PTO) Monday through Friday, 9‑5 hours (full time); weekends off Responsibilities Delivers and conducts follow‑ups on equipment needs for each medical facility (Nebulizers, Phototherapy, Breast Pumps) in accordance with company policy and procedures Coordinates with the territory sales representative to ensure every clinic has the necessary product Instructs the clinic on the safe and proper use of equipment being delivered Completes all paperwork promptly and accurately to support delivery and billing functions Utilizes sales software to document customer visits, sales activity and inventory Responsible for storage of equipment within each facility, ensuring areas are clean, organized and compliant with state and federal laws Attends and actively contributes to group sales meetings and ongoing training as scheduled Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience Preferential: healthcare or DME background Requirements Must live within the territory Passion for quality customer service and a can‑do attitude Strong people skills and an interest in improving lives from a healthcare perspective Practical knowledge working with software (CRM) or willingness to learn new software quickly Organized and detail‑oriented Excellent verbal, written, and assessment skills Exceptional problem‑solving skills Ability to maintain confidential patient and company information Good customer service skills and courteous interaction with public, prospective patients, clients, and organization members Ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision Professional representation of Neb Doctors Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (MVR) showing no major violations (including DUI) in the past five consecutive years Physical Requirements Capable of carrying and moving medical equipment up to 25 pounds and loading it into a vehicle; stocking facilities (dolly provided) Repeating motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers to assemble products Ability to safely operate a vehicle and drive between six and eight hours a day #J-18808-Ljbffr InHealth Systems and Services
