Hospitalist opportunity in Moses Lake, WA

Great opportunity to join our local team of 5 hospital medicine physicians plus a medical director. Our physician teams deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the inpatient journey, ensuring timely decisions, coordinated treatment plans, and seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support.
• Candidates must be comfortable with vent management, but are not required to do procedures.

• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.
• Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist backup.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation between $370k - $400k, depending on shift commitment + incentives.
• Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice, including tail coverage, 401K with matching contributions, and annual CME allowance.
