Assistant Estimator - Commercial Construction (Training Provided)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Assistant Estimator to join our growing team in Newington, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction background who is eager to learn estimating, project coordination, and commercial construction operations from the ground up.
You'll work one-on-one with an experienced estimator, gaining hands-on training and real-world experience while developing valuable skills that can lead to long-term career advancement.
What You'll Do
- Assist with preparing project estimates and bid packages
- Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Help obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors
- Learn industry-leading estimating software and office systems
- Organize project files and maintain accurate documentation
- Support daily estimating and office operations
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members

- Construction experience or general knowledge of commercial construction preferred
- Strong interest in learning estimating, bidding, and project administration
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
