Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed provider or Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for ensuring patient rights, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments. Key Duties Include Performing assessments and delivering direct patient care on a surgical unit focusing on post-operative orthopedic traumas and neurosurgery. Maintaining professional accountability and adhering to all licensure and certification requirements. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Current LPN license in the state of practice and maintaining licensure. Must hold LPN-IV certification issued by the state board. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.
