Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active North Carolina state license or ability to obtain the required state license prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.
