Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

$45–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

Post Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Keene. Work directly with residents to restore movement, improve strength and balance, and support greater independence throughout the rehabilitation process.

What You'll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
• Set measurable rehabilitation goals and track resident progress
• Modify treatment plans based on clinical needs and response to therapy
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safety techniques
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with PTAs, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
