Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the daily operations of the environmental services department, including supervising staff, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and staff development.

• Monitor and control expenses to ensure budget adherence and optimize resources.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in environmental services management or a related field.

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, such as Joint Commission and CMS.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; level of education preferred.
