Upselling and Suggestive Selling: Promoting additional items or specials to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintaining Table and Dining Area Cleanliness: Ensuring tables, floors, and other dining areas are clean and organized throughout the shift. Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash and credit card transactions, following established procedures for payment processing. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
