Assist with performance evaluations. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services. Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable. What Additional Preferences We're Seeking Prefer Medical Assistant certification, 3-5 years of administrative or clinical experience in a healthcare setting, familiarity with medical billing and coding, hiring and compliance. Previous supervisor experience a plus.
