Data Engineer/Developer

Data Engineer / Developer Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient data solutions. Support end-to-end data engineering initiatives and data transformation efforts. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data transformations. Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using DBT or similar technologies. Support data warehousing initiatives, including data modeling and data quality practices. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across the data lifecycle. Create and support unit testing efforts to ensure solution accuracy. Document enhancements and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate effectively with Agile teams to deliver business solutions. Required Skills SQL Development (3+ Years) Strong SQL experience developing and optimizing complex data transformations and queries. Data Warehousing (3+ Years) Experience with data warehousing concepts including: Data modeling ETL/ELT processes Data quality management and best practices Cloud Data Platforms (3+ Years) Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse technologies. Required Technology Experience Snowflake DBT (preferred) Python Control-M or similar workflow orchestration/job scheduling tools Required Experience Experience independently delivering at least 2-3 mid-sized to large development projects. Ability to support data engineering solutions from design through deployment. Experience troubleshooting complex data and integration issues. Strong collaboration skills within Agile development environments. Experience driving technical tasks and meeting project objectives. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based data platforms. Strong understanding of data transformation best practices. Exposure to workflow orchestration and scheduling tools.
