Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in the state of Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Pediatric experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged students
• Proficiency with teletherapy technology and remote service delivery
• Previous experience in schools or healthcare settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students of varying ages and abilities
• Deliver direct speech therapy services, both in-person and remotely as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation for IEPs, progress reports, and compliance requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based interventions
• Offer professional insight and guidance to support multidisciplinary teams
