Vantora is a venture studio seeking a part-time HR Generalist (15-20hrs/wk) to support the Head of People Operations with day-to-day HR administration across UP.Labs and portfolio companies. You’ll help with onboarding, benefits enrollment, HR systems, records, and documentation, ensuring organized, accurate, and scalable processes as the company grows.
