The Director, GTM Systems & AI Transformation leads that effort end-to-end — from systems architecture to workflow automation to AI-enabled process innovation — and manages a small, high-leverage systems team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can own the technical roadmap and transform the GTM motion. You'll partner directly with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to make sure our systems reflect how the business actually needs to run, and you'll be a trusted business partner to every team you touch.What You'll OwnSystems Strategy & ArchitecturePartner with GTM leaders to define and evolve the systems architecture strategy across Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and moreSet the roadmap for Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (Gong, Clay, Ironclad, Float, CPQ, billing/revenue automation, and future tooling)Own Salesforce architecture, data integrity, and data hygiene as the foundation of the role — new automation and AI initiatives get built on top of a clean, well-governed baselineOwn vendor relationships and renewals across the GTM stackTeam LeadershipManage and grow the team, setting priorities and reviewing technical designTurn ambiguous business requests from Sales, Delivery, and Finance into scoped, shippable system changesEstablish an intake, prioritization, and release process so the team moves from reactive to proactive and keeps stakeholders informedData Governance & ProcessDefine and enforce data hygiene standards and field/object governance across the CRMOwn the orchestration and reliability of revenue data across the GTM ecosystemPartner with systems and data operations teams to ensure data quality, governance, and visibility across core GTM platformsHelp architecture lead-to-cash processes — handoffs, approvals, escalation paths across Sales, Delivery, and FinancePartner with Enablement to roll out new features and ensure technology adoptionAutomation & AILead AI transformation across GTM by identifying workflow automation and AI-enabled opportunities across the GTM funnelImplement high-impact AI use cases across the GTM lifecycle, including pipeline management, prospecting intelligence, forecasting signals, and customer insights.Define and evolve standardized end-to-end GTM processes that streamline execution through automation, integrations between systems, and the use of AI.What You'll Bring10+ years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations, Business Systems, or CRM architecture, including 3+ years leading and developing high-performing technical teamsDeep, architecture-level Salesforce expertise (object model design, automation, integrations); certifications a plusExperience owning a GTM tool stack beyond Salesforce (forecasting tools, CLM, data enrichment, billing systems)Hands-on experience developing with AI tools, scaling AI-based solutions, and managing modern technology stacks, combined with the operational pragmatism to know when and how to deploy them effectivelyStrong prioritization and project management skills in fast-moving environmentsExceptional communication and collaboration skills with executives, sales managers, sales reps, cross-departmental leaders, and ITComfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment — startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferredStrong systems thinking and ability to design durable, scalable solutions instead of one-off fixesDeep comprehension of the business motions across Marketing, Sales, and Delivery, and the judgment to know where technology and AI can move the needle for eachThis role is hybrid schedule for 3 days a week in our Downtown SF office.Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.Salary range(s) for this role$225,000 - $290,000 USDBe Your Best at SnorkelJoining Snorkel AI means becoming part of a company that has market proven solutions, robust funding, and is scaling rapidly—offering a unique combination of stability and the excitement of high growth.
