Inside Sales Rep

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location-Type: Hybrid, Southlake, TX (relocating to Flower Mound, TX end of October; first 90 days fully onsite for onboarding) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $60,000/yr base + uncapped performance-based commission (OTE $80,000 - $85,000/yr) Benefits: Health, Dental, PTO (2 weeks); additional benefits to be confirmed by TR Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for managing and growing an established book of business through high-volume outbound outreach, consultative selling, and strong relationship management within an assigned territory. Job Summary Conduct proactive outbound outreach to an assigned customer base of 500-600 accounts to build rapport, identify needs, and increase share-of-wallet Use a consultative approach to uncover opportunities and guide customers toward high-value solutions, targeting a 50%+ order conversion rate Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries and qualify opportunities by understanding buying drivers Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined territory, maintaining consistent engagement so that 90% of customers are contacted monthly Engage in strategic call campaigns to promote product launches, special offers, and targeted growth initiatives Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene (Salesforce or similar) Deliver a minimum of 50 individual customer contacts per day and 2 hours of productive talk time daily Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years of inside sales or high-volume customer-facing experience, preferably in a B2B environment (service industry backgrounds considered) Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, meet revenue targets, and maintain disciplined follow-through Familiarity with inside sales KPIs, account development strategies, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Strong phone presence and communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations rather than rely on yes/no questioning Energetic, coachable personality with a genuine interest in building customer relationships and a growth mindset Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the automotive, industrial, sign and graphics, or specialty materials industries Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and manage long-term customer relationships Bilingual in Spanish and English #J-18808-Ljbffr Mondo
