Key responsibilities for the CMO include overseeing clinical quality and performance, leading population health initiatives, and collaborating with various enterprise functions to support organizational growth. The successful candidate will be a trusted presence among both clinical and administrative teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement. Essential functions also include physician recruitment, mentorship, and development, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer-specific requirements. The CMO will work closely with the executive team to define the organization's future and advance its mission of delivering exceptional care at the lowest appropriate cost.
