divh2Telecommunications Technician/h2pDuration: 3 Months/ppPay Rate: $36/Hr - $44/hr/ppLocation: Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area/ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliFacilitate employee training and onboarding using approved materials./liliDeliver technical instruction including lecture, hands on activities, labs, and various assessments./liliProvide remediation and support for students to ensure learning outcomes./liliConsult with other trainers, managers, and leadership./liliTrack and compile collected data for accurate training reports./liliDocument employee performance and outcomes of training./liliReview, test, and provide feedback on training materials./liliPrepare and maintain training facilities including daily cleaning and setup./liliStay current on the latest data center tools and infrastructure best practices./liliCoordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, and equipment./liliDevelop and coordinate training schedules./liliAssess training needs through surveys and interviews./liliSupport the conceptualization and development of new training materials./liliCommunicate training needs and online resources as appropriate./liliCoach and develop Associate Trainers./liliTravel as needed./li/ulh3What Youll Need:/h3ulliMust have 6-9 years field industry experience of installation of structured cabling preferably fiber./liliTelecommunication Industry Certifications, preferably BICSI./liliProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)./liliStrong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management./liliExpert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset./liliAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills./liliAble to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions./liliProfessional appearance and demeanor./li/ulpFounded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
