Job Description

Looking for a full-time schedule that gives you more flexibility during the week? A hospital laboratory in the Kansas City area is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist (ASCP) for a consistent night schedule.

Position Highlights

Full-time
Night shift
Thursday - Sunday
Flexible 10-hour shifts
Hospital Blood Bank experience strongly preferred

What You'll Do

Perform laboratory testing and report results
Handle Blood Bank and other clinical testing
Perform quality control and troubleshoot issues
Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
Support quality and process improvements
Help train new laboratory staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science
ASCP, CLS (NCA), or qualifying categorical certification such as BB(ASCP), C(ASCP), I(ASCP), H(ASCP), or M(ASCP), or equivalent
Hospital Blood Bank experience strongly preferred
