Role Summary The Mohs Clinical Team Member works directly with the Clinical Manager and Physician to deliver dermatological and surgical services and excellent patient care. All training is provided on site. The starting pay is $22.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications, for a full‑time position. Eligible for benefits, 401(k) and discounted cosmetic treatments. Signing bonus: $1,000. Duties and Responsibilities Assist Mohs surgeons with in‑office surgical procedures. Handle administrative duties promptly. Support physicians in clinical tasks: prepare patients for examination, obtain history and chief complaint, assist with biopsies and selected surgical and cosmetic procedures. Triage patient phone calls. Initiate pathology and lab requisition documents. Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and medications. Perform clinical procedures such as suture removal and dressing changes. Sterilize equipment, supplies, and exam room after use. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Medical assistant diploma or an active nursing license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Self‑starter, reliable, detail oriented, strong multitasking abilities, professional demeanor. Current influenza vaccination required as a condition of employment. Physical Requirements Clinic work requires standing, walking, sitting, and carrying items less than 25 pounds. Use visual acuity to operate equipment, read clinical information, and use a keyboard. Job Type Full‑time Pay $22.50 – $28.50 per hour, depending on experience.
