We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at a growing Ford dealership in a strong rural market. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving performance, and building lasting customer relationships in a community-focused environment. What You'll Do * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. * Manage daily sales activities, customer traffic, and follow-up processes. * Train and coach sales consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience. * Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. * Monitor inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies. * Review CRM activities and ensure consistent prospect follow-up. * Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top sales talent. * Help develop marketing and community outreach initiatives that drive showroom traffic. What We're Looking For * Automotive sales management experience preferred. * Ford dealership experience is a plus. * Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. * Proven track record of increasing sales volume and profitability. * CRM proficiency and understanding of digital lead management. * High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
