This is a hands-on tax compliance role serving a sophisticated high net worth clientele. You will work directly under a Partner and Manager, take meaningful ownership of client relationships, and operate as a core member of a close-knit, collaborative team. What you'll doReview complex high net worth individual federal and multi-state income tax returns, including returns with brokerage activity and Schedule K-1s from partnerships, S-corps, and trustsReview fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estatesSupport review of business entity returns (partnerships, S-corps, C-corps) as neededManage client workbooks and engagement documentation in ExcelReview returns using the Lacerte tax software platformCommunicate directly with clients regarding return preparation, open items, and tax planning mattersCollaborate within the Private Client Service group on shared engagementsWhat we're looking for5-12 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on individual income tax compliance for high net worth clientsHands-on experience with multi-state returns, brokerage statements, and Schedule K-1sExposure to fiduciary and business entity return preparation is a plusProficiency in Lacerte and Excel; comfort working with structured client workbooksStrong verbal and written communication skills; confidence interacting directly with clientsCPA preferred; CPA candidates xhyhwjd actively pursuing licensure will be consideredCollaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a group settingWhat sets this role apartDirect training and mentorship from Partner; not a large-firm hierarchyReal client ownership and relationship responsibility early in your tenureTight-knit, collegial team with a strong culture of professional developmentCompensation$140,000-$200,000 base + 10-15% bonus + commission potentialRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
