Posting Date 04/27/2026 Location 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America Overview Analyst/Senior Analyst, Strategy and Special Projects will support the development of DaVita’s integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for a shift to value-based care. In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developing this model and collaborating with several teams across the Village on this executive driven transformation. This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Innovation Supports strategic initiatives for the Clinical Transformation team, including hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations Helps build consensus for best demonstrated practices across several stakeholders Supports the development, piloting, deployment and outcomes of clinical programs by driving work lanes independently Collaborates with teams across the enterprise to enable rollout of new clinical programs Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories Analytics and Reporting Develop, scope, and automate regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses around IKC model of care Integrate disparate data sets, conduct exploratory analysis, and produce actionable insights for clinical intervention Work collaboratively with data analysts, clinicians, and operators to identify opportunities to add value through advanced analytics Enhance data visualization capabilities to communicate findings from complex analyses Project Management Set milestones and adhere to tight project deadlines Develop metrics to track success and meet deadlines Escalate any concerns with executing on project plan Travel: 10% of the time What You Can Expect A “community first, company second” culture based on Core Values that really matter. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
