Lean Specialist: Lead Defect Elimination & Kaizen Training

New Flyer in the United States is seeking a Lean/Continuous Improvement specialist to work with shop floor staff to identify and eliminate defects, lead Kaizen events, and train colleagues in lean tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and cycle time reductions. You will report to the Lean Manager, prepare defect reports, and help ensure engineering involvement when needed.
