Enhance processes and scalability through ERP optimization and automation.Job DescriptionOverviewLead financial operations for a dynamic organization, ensuring compliance, precision, and strategic alignment in all financial activities.Collaborate with executive leadership to deliver actionable financial insights and drive organizational growth.Oversee multi-entity consolidations, leveraging CPA credentials and extensive accounting expertise.Optimize ERP systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and automation across financial processes.Mentor and develop accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements through robust internal controls.Develop and implement comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic objectives.Contribute to a forward-thinking organization with ample opportunities for impactful leadership and career advancement.Key Responsibilities & DutiesDirect accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and asset management functions.Lead financial close processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting.Prepare consolidated financial statements, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.Maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to GAAP standards and best practices.Oversee audits, tax filings, and manage relationships with external financial entities.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support organizational goals.Optimize ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and reporting capabilities.Mentor and supervise accounting teams, promoting growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.Job RequirementsBachelor of Science degree in Accounting or a related field required.CPA certification mandatory, with 8–12 years of relevant experience in financial leadership roles.Proficiency in GAAP standards and multi-entity financial consolidations.Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is essential.Proven track record in managing audits, compliance, and complex financial reporting.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to lead and collaborate effectively.Experience in the music or entertainment industry is advantageous but not required.Leadership experience with a focus on team development and operational management.
