Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $62.31

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed unit with a 1:2 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Monitor patient statuses, administer medications, and respond to emergencies efficiently
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Document patient progress and medical interventions accurately
• Adhere to all hospital policies, dress code, and safety procedures
• Support the hospital's commitment to patient safety and exceptional care standards

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license (must be uploaded with candidate profile)
• 2+ years of experience in critical care or ICU settings preferred
• Strong assessment skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and comply with hospital policies
