We’re on the hunt for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Social Media C ontent Creator.

What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Representative

• Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and recommend cannabis products such as strains, edibles, concentrates, and topicals tailored to their preferences and experience levels.
• Product Education : Share your knowledge about cannabinoids (like THC and CBD), terpene profiles, and safe consumption practices to help customers make informed decisions.
• Sales and Cash Handling : Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card payments, and manage our loyalty programs.
• Compliance and Verification : Verify customer age with government-issued IDs and ensure adherence to all state or local cannabis regulations.
• Store Operations : Keep the store running smoothly by restocking displays, organizing inventory, packing online orders, and maintaining a clean, compliant retail environment.

Social Media Specialist

• Content Creation : Brainstorm and research trending topics, plan content calendars, and create engaging posts that resonate with our audience.
• Production : Capture high-quality photos, shoot videos, record audio, and craft compelling captions or scripts.
• Editing : Use tools like Canva or video editing software to polish visuals, add text overlays, and format content for various platforms.
• Publishing and Optimization : Write platform-optimized captions and apply social media SEO strategies to increase visibility.
• Audience Engagement : Interact with followers by replying to comments, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies based on analytics.

What We’re Looking For: Requirements and Qualifications

• Age Requirement : Must meet the minimum legal age for cannabis handling in your state or local jurisdiction (typically 21 years old).
• Licensing : A cannabis handler card, worker permit, or successful completion of a state-mandated background check may be required.
• Product Knowledge : Familiarity with cannabis strains, consumption methods, and industry trends is essential.
• Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers, listen to their needs, and explain product details clearly.
• Physical Demands : Comfortable standing for long shifts, lifting inventory boxes, and performing repetitive retail tasks.
• Experience : At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, retail, or social media content creation.
