What You’ll Do
Guide customers through the repair & insurance process
Handle claims with multiple insurance companies
Follow up on approvals, supplements, and payments
Communicate with adjusters and push for proper repairs
Educate customers when insurance cuts corners
Keep jobs moving fast and accurately
What We Need
Strong communicator (confident + professional)
Organized, detail-oriented, and fast-paced
Not afraid to be assertive with insurance companies
Collision shop, insurance, or auto experience = BIG PLUS
CCC ONE experience = BONUS
Who You Are
You don’t just “answer phones.”
You own the claim, protect the repair, and take care of the customer.
