What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the repair & insurance process
- Handle claims with multiple insurance companies
- Follow up on approvals, supplements, and payments
- Communicate with adjusters and push for proper repairs
- Educate customers when insurance cuts corners
- Keep jobs moving fast and accurately
What We Need
- Strong communicator (confident + professional)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and fast-paced
- Not afraid to be assertive with insurance companies
- Collision shop, insurance, or auto experience = BIG PLUS
- CCC ONE experience = BONUS
Who You Are
You don’t just “answer phones.”
You own the claim, protect the repair, and take care of the customer.
