Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contribute:A receptionist who excels in this role:Is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls appropriately, registering patients, collecting co-pays, directing and scheduling patients and visitors, acting as a liaison between patients and medical support staff, as well as assisting patients with check out.Responsible for the management of medical records and coordination with others both within and outside the organization and to assure that records are complete and accurate.These duties facilitate the sharing of medical records with other HIPAA compliant providers and organizations.Why join us:We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
